MyTinyImage Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using MyTinyImage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Mac App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules.

The App

MyTinyImage provides local image compression and related adjustment features on your Mac. Processing occurs on your device. Results depend on your source files, settings, and hardware.

Your responsibilities

Back up important files before overwriting or replacing them
Choose output locations and settings appropriate for your needs
Ensure you have the rights to process the images you import
Comply with applicable laws when using the App

Overwrite mode can permanently replace original files. Use it only when you understand the risk.

No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that compression results will meet a specific size or quality for every image.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Apple’s role

If you obtained the App from the Mac App Store, Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, except as required by Apple’s own terms.
