MyTinyImage Privacy Policy

Overview

MyTinyImage is a desktop application that compresses image files on your Mac. This policy describes how the Mac app handles information.

Data we do not collect

MyTinyImage does not create user accounts, does not upload your images to our servers, and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the shipping app.

• No cloud sync or remote image storage
• No login or identity collection
• No sale of personal data

Data processed on your device

Files you import and folders you choose for output stay on your Mac. Compression results are written only to paths you select. Preferences such as theme, output folder, and suffix may be stored locally on your device.

Permissions

On the Mac App Store build, MyTinyImage runs in the App Sandbox and accesses files you explicitly select (import images, output folder). It may remember a previously chosen output folder using security-scoped bookmarks.

Children

MyTinyImage is a general productivity / creative tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and the hosted copy of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
